ANDRÉS GÓMEZ-LOBO holds a B.A. in Economics from Catholic University of Chile, an M.Sc. in Environmental and Resource Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics from University College London. He has been a consultant with Oxford Economic Research Associates (OXERA), a consultant for the World Bank, Economic Advisor to the UK’s Gas Consumers Council and, since 1999, Assistant Professor of the Department of Economics of the University of Chile. His main area of research include: natural monopoly regulation, industrial organization and natural resource economics.
