Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Universidad de Chile. He was Chair of the Economics Department in 2006-2008. His research interests include applied Game Theory, Regulation, and the Economics of Labor Discrimination and Social Mobility. He is author of various articles in international academic journals and book chapters on these subjects. He has served as a consultant to international organizations as well as public institutions in Chile, and as visiting scholar at Cambridge University in 2009.
